Bacon & Veggie Quiche

Ingredients
1 c broccoli, chopped1 c mushrooms, sliced1/2 c onions, diced1/4 c red pepper. diced1/4 c green pepper,diced1 c skim milk1 c egg beaters, original1/2 tbsp light olive oil4 tbsp flour1 tsp baking powder100 grams back bacon4 slices Kraft Free American Cheese Singles
Directions
Spray 9 inch pie plate with vegetable spray. Add vegetables. Cut cheese & back bacon into 1 inch pieces and add to veggies. Place remaining ingredients in blender, and mix for 15 seconds, pour over veggies, cheese & bacon. Bake at 375 dg. for 20 to 25 min., or until a knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
