##*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (remove)##*Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can 2.5 serv in can, 5 serving (remove)##*Hunt's Tomatoe Sauce, 15 oz (remove)##White Wine, 2.2 fl oz (remove)##Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup (remove)##Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)##Jalapeno Peppers, 3 pepper (remove)##Garlic, 1 clove (remove)##Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)##Minute Brown Rice, 1/2c dry rice, 4 serving (remove
Add everything to slow cooker except rice. Cook for 8 hours on slow or 4 hours on high. 20 minutes before eating add rice turn to high. When the liquid is absorbed enjoy. Optional: serve with shredded Mexican 4 cheese and/or sour cream.
