3 peeled and chopped avacados16 grape tomatoes cut in halfhalf an onion chopped/sliced 1 large cucumber chopped medium size1 tablespoon of italiandill season if desired2 cups spinach
Directions
Place all chopped vegetables in a bowl add spinach and dressing, stir and serve.
