Wholewheat, Walnut & Banana Muffins

Ingredients
Wholewheat self raising flour, White Self Raising flour, 2 eggs, walnuts, brown sugar or splendar, 3 Bananas veg oil, skimmed milk, 1 tablespoon of honey and cinnamon vanilla and nutmeg.
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Mash bananas and mix all wet ingredients together. Add wet ingredents to dry and mix briefly. Spoon into muffin tin or cases. Bake for 20mins once risen and spring when touched. Cool for 10mins and serve warn or cold.
