Ingredients:##Minute Rice Instant Enriched Long Grain White Rice 5 min (serv= 1c cooked rice), 6 serving (remove)##Egg Noodles, enriched, .75 cup (remove)##*Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup (remove)##Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp (remove)##Salt, 1 tsp (remove)##Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)##Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)
Melt butter and cook noodles for a couple minutes to soften. In saucepan put chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add rice and spices to noodles and mix. Add boiling broth to mixture and stir. Put lid on pan and cook about 20 minutes. Stir a couple times during cooking.
