Ginger Beef with Broccoli

Marinade:2 TBS Mirin2 TBS Soy Sauce1 TBS Honey1 TBS Ginger Paste1/4 tsp Red Pepper flakes1/8 tsp ground corianderBeef and Stir fry:1 1/2 LB Top Sirloin steak cut into thin strips1/2 TBS Cornstarch mix with 1 1/2 tbs water to make a slurry3 TBS Vegetable oil1 TBS Sesame Oil6 Green Onions Sliced on a Diagonal 1/2 inch thick1 TBS Ginger paste 1/2 cup loosely packed Cilantro leavesBroccoli:1 Lb Broccoli Steamed
Combine Marinade ingredients and add beef strips. Marinate while preparing other ingredients.
In a small bowl mix cornstarch with water (slurry). Set aside
Heat half of both vegetable and sesame oil in wok or large skillet over high heat.
Pat marinade off of beef with paper towels.
Cook half of beef in hot oil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Put in a bowl.
Cook the other half of beef with the remaining oil for 1 minute.
Add all beef back into pan.
Add scallions, garlic, remaining ginger and slurry. Cook for 1 more minute. Turn off heat and add cilantro.
Remove from burner and serve immediately with steamed broccoli.
