Broccoli Lo Mein

Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cup Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 4 cloves - mincedOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1 cup slices Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 tbsp Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed chile paste, 1 tbsp Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
While water is coming to a boil for pasta, prep vegetables. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Combine pasta and sesame oil, tossing well to coat.
While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a wok or a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté 30 seconds. Add broccoli and onion; sauté 8 minutes. Add pasta mixture, soy sauce, water chesnuts and remaining ingredients; cook 1 minute or until lo mein is thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.
