Curried Turkey Meatloaf with Eggs Surprise

Ingredients
2 pounds of 93/7 ground turkey1/4 cup bread crumbs (TJ's)1 TBS Ketchup (or Catsup)1 TBS Lee and Perrinspalmful of crushed oreganotwo pinches of yellow curry powder1/2 package of TJ onion dip mix2 hardboiled eggs (without shells!)Magic50-55 minutes at 350 degrees let stand for 5 minutesMany bites of awesome
Directions
Hard boil the eggs while you mix the ingredients for the loaf. Press half the loaf into the bottom of a baking pan sprayed or smeared with high heat cooking oil. (Spray coconut oil works great.) When eggs are done, peel and press into the bottom half of the loaf. Press remainder of meat mix into the top of the pan and around the eggs. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand for five minutes.
