Peaches and Cheese Pie Filling

2.5 cups Fromage Blanc cheese (or the amount made at home from 1 gallon of milk), chilled1.75 cups nonfat milk (that you would normally use to mix with 1 small box of pudding mix to make pie filling)1 small package VANILLA fat free, sugar free pudding mix1 can of peaches in lite syrup, drained and rinsed. .25 cup splenda or to taste.
Put fromage blanc cheese in a deep mixing bowl. Slowly add 1 3/4 cup milk while mixing with a hand mixer. Add peaches and splenda. Mix well. Add pudding mix. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until well chilled. Makes at least 16 servings.
Optional: Can be spooned into graham cracker or other crust and then chilled for a nice pie.
