Zucchini rollups

Ingredients
2-3 large zucchinis1 cup soy sauce2-3 T vegetable oil1 small package goat cheese
Directions
slice zucchini long ways
place slices into ziplock bag with soy and oil. Close bag and mix around. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes or while grill is heating up. Place slices on edge of grill or top grilling area so that slices do not burn. Cook for about 5 minutes. remove and roll chunk of goat cheese up in zucchini and hold with toothpick. Awesome appetizer!
