1 Tbs. dry mustard (like Coleman)1/4 cup honey1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger root1/4 tsp. sesame oil1 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard4 - 6 ounce salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 400. Rinse salmon filets and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a baking dish. Grate fresh ginger root into a bowl. Mix with other glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over salmon fillets. Spread sauce evenly over fillets. Bake 18-20 minutes until done. You can broil them after they have cooked to make the honey-mustard glaze caramelize a bit if you like.
