Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
Ground turkey, 20 oz1/2 cup yellow onion, minced2 Tbsp fresh basil (or 1 Tbsp dried)1 Tbsp dried oregano1 tsp dried sage1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper3/4 cup dry bread crumbs1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients in order given.
Use a medium-sized cookie scoop to form golf ball sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 7 minutes, then turn over.
Continue baking for appx 7 minutes until done.


Serving Size: Makes 22 golf ball sized meatballs. (3-4 per person)
