Lowfat Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 package sugar free fat free Vanilla cook and serve pudding (small box)1 cup water1 Tbs pumpkin pie spice1 can pumpkin (about 1.5 cups)1 Keebler Reduced Fat Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Directions
Mix water and pudding mix together while water is still cold (or you'll get lumps). Add spice.

Put over med heat and stir until thickened.

Remove from heat and fold in pumpkin.

Pour into pie shell and refrigerate at least an hour until pie sets.
