Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 head, small Carrots, raw, 5 medium *sweet yellow onion, raw *sweet yellow onion, raw Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 10 mL
peel and slice the carrots into julienne strips
Cut the cabbage into quarters and remove the hard core. Finely slice the cabbage.
Peel and finely slice the onion.
Heat the oil in a wok or large pan.
Add the vegetables to the pan and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, honey and lemon juice, stir through then serve.
