Ground Turkey Cauliflower Casserole

1/2 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 8 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 1 small Onion, diced1 tsp McCormick Salt Free All purpose seasoning 2 oz Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese 1/3 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 2 oz Jarlsberg Lite cheese, shredded
Steam the cauliflower, while browning the turkey, diced onions, and seasoning. Chop up (or mash) the cauliflower, and add to the turkey mixture with the yogurt and cream cheese. Mix well, and pour into a sprayed casserole dish. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake 30 min at 350.
