Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken

Ingredients
2tbsp of canola oil4 chicken Breast cut into strips1/4 cup of flout1 tbs black pepper1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium)2 tbsp ground ginger1 tbsp minced garlic3 tbsp brown sugar3 tbsp white wine vinegar4 tbsp ketchup1 1/2 cups of cashews
Directions
Place chicken in ziplock bag with flour and black pepper make sure chicken is well coated.

Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in pan. Once heated brown chicken on both sides about 2-3 minutes per side. Place chicken in crock pot and put contents of sauces over the chicken and cover and let cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
