Italian Zucchini

Ingredients
2 small zucchinis, cut in rounds1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs1 TBSP grated parmesan cheese1 tsp EVOO
Directions
Cut zucchini in rounds and place them on a single layer in a cooking sheet. Mix the breadcrumbs and cheese together. Sprinkle the EVOO on top of the zucchini. Sprinkle the cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
