3 CHICKEN BREASTS SLICED IN HALF1 CHOPPED ONION2 CANS ROTEL MEDIUM TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILES2 TABLESPOONS HONEY1 1/2 TSP CUMIN1 TSP RED PEPPER1/2 TSP CINNAMON1/2 CUP NATURAL JIFF PEANUT BUTTER3 CUPS COOKED BROWN RICE
put all ingredients except the peanut butter in the slow cooker on low for 5-7 hours remove chicken shred it add peanut butter return chicken and add over the rice
