Ingredients
Cinnamon, ground, 0.50 tsp (remove) Raisins, golden seedless, 0.30 cup, packed (remove) Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz (remove) Almonds, 1 oz (24 whole kernels) (remove) Almonds, 1 oz (24 whole kernels) (remove) Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats), 0.40 cup (remove) Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1.5 oz, 1.50 serving (remove) Brown linseed, 20 gram(s) (remove) Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals), 0.10 cup (remove) Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil, 1.50 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Chop, mix, pour on a baking sheet, shape and flatten.
Bake for 30 min, Gas mark 5.
