Ingredients
**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Onion powder, .5 tsp (remove)Paprika, .5 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 1 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spray a glass pie dish with nonstick spray. Spread batter on bottom of dish. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. let cool for 1 min before handling.
