2-3 Lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up, 1/2 C olive oil, 1/4C lemon juice, 2 Tsp. dried oregano leaves, 1 Tsp. salt, 1/2 Tsp. pepper, 2 Cloves garlic, lemonslices.
Place chicken in ungreased oblong pan, 13x9. Mix remaining ingredients except lemon slices; pour over chicken. Cook uncovered in 380 oven, spooning oil mixture over chicken occasionally, 30 min. Trun chicken; cook until thickest pieces are done, about 30 min. moe. Garnish with lemon slices.
