Poached egg on zuchini

Ingredients
1 cup grated Zuchini Squash1 Tomato, diced2 large Eggs1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 clove of Garlica dash of each, salt and oregano
Directions
Add all ingredients, except eggs, to fry pan. When zucchini is cooked,about 7 minutes.
Add eggs and cover. Cook for 3 minutes.
