Scrambeled Eggs with Brown Butter & Tumeric

Ingredients
Free range large brown eggsUnsalted butterKosher saltCrushed black pepperground tumeric
Directions
beat eggs first
add in salt, pepper and tumeric
put butter in pan - wait for it to melt and turn a little bit brown
pour mixture
let it sit till you see it starting to firm
mix a little - not too much to keep a great texture
when there is just a little moisture take out of fry pan and let it rest for 20 seconds. during this time it will continue to cook to perfection.
