4 chicken breasts, diced2 cups carrots, diced2 cups of celery, sliced1 cup onion, sliced2 bay leaves1 TBSP Old Bay Seasoning6 cups of Swanson's 99% fat-free chicken broth (no msg)
Place chicken, carrots, celery, and onions in slow cooker, add bay leaves and seasoning ... mix well, then add the chicken broth and set slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours, or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and veggies are softened.
