Ingredients
6 Eggs1 Package of drained frozen Spinach1 Cup of shredded cheese (your choice as to which kind)1/2 Cup fat free milk1 Package diced ham (your brand of choice)Hot sauce of choice to taste (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place mixture in muffin baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Oven temps vary so cook until eggs are done or egg muffins are firm to the touch.
