slowly caramelise sliced onion, add ginger and garlic, add carrot, cover and let cook through, mix all spices and coat diced beef, add tom paste to pan and cook out, add coated beef mix through, add stock and tomato let simmer for 50 mins...add yoghurt and spinach....cook for another 10-15...add chilli and salt to taste
