Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup *Del Monte Fruit Naturals, Pinneaple Chunks, 1 cup *Peaches, fresh, 2 cup slices Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Flax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed by Flax USA, 2 tbsp *Protein Powder (SunWarrior) Warrior Blend Natural 1scoop=25g, 25 gram(s)
Directions
Place leafy greens and water into blender and blend until mixture is a green juice-like consistency. Stop blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy.
