Deer & Egg Muffin

Ingredients
1# ground venison6 whole eggs1/2 cup onionsSeasoning of choice. I used salt, pepper and sage
Directions
Brown venison and onion in skillet.
Add in seasonings.
In separate bowl mix eggs together.

Line 10 muffin tins with parchment liners. Add venison to each one. top with eggs

Bake 350* for about 20-22 min. Until firm.
