Carrot Muffins (Paleo)

Ingredients
2 cups blanched almond flour2 tsp baking soda1tbsp cinnamon1tsp salt.25 tsp nutmeg3 ripe bananas1/2 cup pitted dates3 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 tsp white vinegar.25 cup coconut oil2 cups carrots shredded
Directions
mix dry together
put wet ingrediants in food processor and blend
Add dry to wet
Transfer to muffin tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
