whole wheat cornbread

Ingredients
1 large egg1/2 tsp salt1 cup milk1/4 cup vegetable oil1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tbsp baking powder1/3 cup sugar3/4 cup cornmeal
Directions
mix milk and cornmeal and let sit
preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare pan
mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder
mix in cornmeal mixture, egg, and oil
pour into pan and cook for 25 minutes or until done
