Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head of fresh cauliflower 2 tbsp. of butter2 tbsp. of cream cheese1/4 cup heavy whipping cream1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
1. Remove cauliflower florets from stem
2. Rinse florets well
3. Place cauliflower in a pot of boiling water. Boil
until fork tender (about 10 - 15 mins)
4. Drain water from cauliflower
5. Place cauliflower and all other ingredients in
a food processor. Blend until it has a creamy
mash potato-like consistency.
6. Remove and enjoy
