Shrimp and Vegetable Yakisoba Stirfry

Ingredients
12 oz. fresh yakisoba noodles2 c. frozen stir fry vegetable mix10 thawed raw shrimp2 tablespoons sesame oil2 teaspoons hot chili oil1/4 c. soy sauce2 cloves of garlic, minced1 oz cashews or peanuts
Directions
1. Heat up sesame oil in a large pan.
2. Fry shrimp and frozen vegetables. Add hot chili oil and garlic.
3. Add noodles. (Please note that many fresh varieties of noodles require them to be briefly refreshed in hot water.) Fry a bit.

4. Add soy sauce and cashews. Fry until done. Add more chili oil to taste, or season individual portions with chili oil or hot sauce of choice, such as siracha.
