3 - 4 romaine lettuce leaves 2 handfuls spinach 1 handful kale (optional) 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen 1 cup ice (only if using fresh mango) 2 cups water 1/3 lemon, peeled 1/2 inch ginger root, peeled
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
