Spinach and Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Caps

2 Portabella Mushrooms 1/2 package Cream Cheese1 Garlic Clove minced1/2 cup Frozen Spinach 2 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Take mushrooms and place on an oven pan (make sure to remove the stem in the middle first) coat with Olive Oil and Salt on both sides. Place in oven for 10 minutes.
While waiting for your mushrooms to heat up, go ahead and take 1/2 a cup of frozen spinach, half a package of cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and your minced garlic clove. Mix it up!
Take your mushrooms out the oven let them cool for 2 minutes.
Spoon filling on top of mushrooms. Once stuffed you can add buttered bread crumbs and/or mozzarella cheese on top
Place back into the oven for another 10 minutes, always check to make sure the middle of the filling is hot.
