Ingredients
1 2/3 Cups Better for Bread Flour1/3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1 teaspoon Kosher Salt---1 Cup 2% Milk2 Tablespoons Butter, unsalted1 teaspoon Bragg’s Cider Vinegar
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450° and add parchment paper to a cookie sheet.
2. Combine the first four dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
3. Cut in the butter and add the milk.
4. Spread some flour on a cutting board and add the dough.
5. Knead the dough until it is nice and pliable.
6. Shape dough into a 1 inch thick circle.
7. Cut the biscuits out of the dough and place them on the parchment paper.
8. Place the cookie sheet in the oven.
9. Cook 15 minutes or until golden brown
