8 lbs. ground meat, 95% lean1 t pepper1 t garlic pwd1 t onion pwd8 T Morton Tender Quick8 T liquid smoke4 t mustard seed3 cups water
Directions
Mix well, Wrap in foil, one pound each.
Refrigerate for 24 hrs
Poke holes in the bottom of the foil
Bake on rack 1.5 hr. at 350
