Ingredients

2.5 c water1 oz yeast4 c flour
Blend yeast in lukewarm water.
Allow to sit for a couple of minutes and check to see if yeast is starting to bubble.
Stir in flour till completely incorporated. It will be sticky but this is ok.
Cover and allow to rise for several hours.
Scoop out a handful and tuck in edges to make bun like. Place on baking sheet, giving room inbetween for growth.
Cover with towel and allow to rise again for approx 30 min
Bake at 400º for 1 hr.
