1 Low Fat Graham Cracker1 Glob of Cool Whip Lite
Make these in advance or right when you want it.
Split the cracker in half, put as much cool whip in the middle as you want. Place the other part of the cracker on top as you would to make a sandwich and enjoy!!
These can also be made up ahead of time, put in the freezer and it ends up tasting just like an ice cream sandwich-without the extra sugar, fat, lactose or calories!!
