Ingredients
1/4 cup almond Meal, Trader Joes 1 Egglands Best Extra Large Egg1 teaspoon *Coconut Oil Trader joe Organic 1/4 tsp Baking Soda*Splenda2 tbsp Flax Seed2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk unsweetenedSalt, 1 dash
Directions
Mix ingredients together (dont over mix). Let batter sit for about 5 minutes (to allow baking soda to react for fluffier pancakes). Pour onto hot griddle or pan over medium high heat. Flip them when the edges start to dry.

    Great low-carb pancakes! I made 2 medium pancakes, and ate one with a scrambled egg & sausage for a very nice breakfast. Put the other pancake in the fridge for tomorrow. I will make these again. - 1/26/16
