1 1/2 cups Almond Flour1/2 cup Soy flour1 scoop Soy Protein isolatedash salt2 teaspoons Baking Powder2 Tablespoons Ground Flax seed2 eggs1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened1 banana1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract2 Tablespoons melted butter
1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
2. In a small blender, mix eggs, almond milk, banana, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Stir wet ingredients into dry until well blended.
4. Heat a griddle on medium. Pour batter (about 1/8 cup) onto griddle. Cook about 1-2 minutes, flip and cook about 1 minute longer.
Serving Size: Makes about 18 four inch pancakes
