Mexi Beans & Rice

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice1 16oz can Black Beans, rinsed1 can Diced Tomatoes4 Tsp. Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning1/2 cup Green Peppers, Chopped2 tsp Garlic, minced
Directions
-Cook rice according to package
-Meanwhile, saute peppers and garlic until slightly brown
- 3/4 way through cooking rice (when only a little water remains in rice) add remaining ingredients stir and cover for remaining cook time.
