5 eggs1/2 c. milk1 C. chopped ham.33 c. crumbled bacon2 c. cheddar cheese, dividedGrand biscuitssalt and pepper to taste (i don't add salt if ham or bacon is included)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up each biscuit into 6ths. Beat eggs and milk, stir in rest of ingredients, reserving 1/2 c. cheese. Pour into greased 8x12 pan. Bake 25 min. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top for last 5 min.
