Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
3 med eggs1 tbsp Onion, raw, chopped1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes chopped.5 cup Ham extra lean (5% fat), diced.05 cup Milk 2%1 dash Black pepper1 tbsp margarine
Directions
Crack eggs and put in a medium size dish, beat until light and fluffy add milk and black pepper and stir well. In a large frying pan, add butter and other ingredients and cook until tomatoes are soft add egg mixture and stir until eggs are cooked. Serve with bread. Makes 3 servings
