Flax Pancakes

Ingredients
3 large eggs4 Tbsp flax meal2 Tbsp coconut flour2 Tbsp warm water or heavy cream1 Tbsp granulated sweetener1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamondash of salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Thoroughly! Spoon out the batter into a heated pan (350F preferably). Flip pancakes and make sure they're cooked all the way through.

Serve with butter, blackberries, or sugar free maple syrup. Enjoy!
