Ingredients
It's easiest to use a roasted chicken so you can have the other half of the chicken for other uses.1. Remove skin and bones from cooked chicken. Dice chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.2. Remove avocado skin and nut/seed. Cut into small pieces.3. Add to chicken and mix well. Add seasoning as desired.
