Morgan's Light Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
6 Egg Whites, Separated from Large Eggs6 Eggs, Large Whole Eggs1/4 cup, 1% Milk1 tsp. Penzeys Shallot-Pepper Seasoning1/4 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Directions
Beat eggs and egg whites together, add milk and beat in till mixed (milk makes the eggs lighter), mix in Penzeys Shallot-Pepper. Scramble in skillet lightly greased if needed. Top with shredded cheese just before done.

Serving Size: Cut into 4 servings (about 1 1/2 cup servings)
