16 oz ground sausage12 eggs2 cups shredded chese4 oz cream cheeseonion, peppers, mushroom, spinach (optional)
Brown sausage. Place in the bottom of a 9X13 (greased) pan. Cut pieces of cream cheese and add on top of sausage. Add shredded cheese. (Can add spinach, peppers, onion, mushrooms etc) Mix eggs and pour over sausage. Bake at 350 40 minutes or until set.
