Stevia Squash Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups butternut squash puree3 large eggs1 13 oz. can evaporated milk1 Tablespoons brown sugar3 packets Stevia powder1 Tablespoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1/4 teaspoon ginger
Directions
Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Beat all ingredients together in medium bowl. Pour into dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean. Let cool before serving warm or cold.
