Cinnamon Rice

Ingredients
Brown RiceCoconut oilCinnamon
Directions
Bring 2.5-3 cups water to boil (more water=softer rice)
Add 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Stir in Rice and add cinnamon
Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 40 minutes, or until rice absorbs all water
