Grainless Granola

Ingredients
1 c. Raw cashew pieces ½ TB orange peel.1 c. raw pumpkin seeds 1 Tb. cinnamon1 c. slivered almonds 1 tsp. vanilla extract1 TB. Walnut or coconut oil1 TB whole flax seeds½ c. sugar free vanilla or hazelnut syrup1 TB chia seeds 1/2 c. each, pecan halves, peanuts and walnuts 1/4 c. raisins ¼ c. dried mangos, choppes 2 cups organic or gluten free rolled oats1 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. IN large bowl, combine the nuts, seeds, coconut and cinnamon. Add oil, vanilla and syrup and mix thoroughly till all grains and nuts are coated. Spread the mixture out on a large baking sheet in a ½” layer. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden, stirring every 5 mins. Once cooled, add dried fruits and orange peel. Cool and store in airtight container.
